White Stork and Nature
Festival Coordinator
We're looking for an experienced Festival Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of the White Stork and Nature Festival 2027, a free community celebration of the return of white storks to Sussex and the wider recovery of nature. Working alongside the White Stork Project team and Storrington Parish Council, you'll coordinate the many moving parts that bring the festival to life, helping us build on its growing success while retaining its friendly, inclusive atmosphere.
We are looking for someone with:
Experience planning and delivering festivals, public events or similar multi-partner events
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Confidence coordinating suppliers, volunteers and stakeholders
A practical, collaborative approach to event delivery
Creativity and an eye for visitor experience and presentation
Experience of using social media to promote events
Experience of nature, environmental or community events would be an advantage, but is not essential.
